Power Yoga is a steady-pace, physically dynamic vinyasa flow emphasizing longer holds, intentional transitions, and ujjayi breathing. I created this flow with the idea of starting from a solid foundation and growing into the pose. For example, I like to get set up in my lower body first, then add on the upper body portion of the pose. Asanas such as Half Moon and Revolved Half Moon require multiple steps until the practitioner settles in the pose. This is the final practice of my 30-day program! I hope you take some time to celebrate your dedication to your yoga and movement routine. All the best!
